Considering the reverse…
- The date looks like 1589. We could consider maybe it is 1599 with some problems to the first 9, but by this year Jan Dulski (I D and the shield with sword) is no longer treasurer, so I think it must be 1589.
- Only two Polish mints were operating in 1589: Poznan and Olkusz.
- Only Olkusz had this design: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=9244537
- Note that your example has points for puntuation. All examples of Olkusz 1589 I can find have cross for punctuation.
Considering the obverse…
- I think only Wschowa (Fraustadt) uses SIGI 3 in the legend, and only for the years 1594-1595. An example: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=9076832
This leads me to believe your coin is likely to be either a contemporary counterfeit, or a counterfeit made by combining these two types (does the edge look normal? No seam?)
