If under the eagle it says 925 then it is in

Silver .925

Cannot find much more information.

A ‘Nachtwächter’ (night watchman) is a walking medieval clock essentially, definitely not Prussian not much older than a few decades at most, also very unsatisfying that he didn't tell us how late it is. 😅

Other then a few eBay listings I also haven't found anything. (LINK)
