Bradbury, Wilkinson, & Co. was an engraving and banknote printing company established in England in the 1850s. It appears you have one of their advertising notes (i.e. it was created to advertise their business, but no note like it ever circulated).
Thanks @Steve27! I've learned a lot since I first posted this last night. The one you shared is likely pre-1874 based on their address. Normally I'm really good at digging up info for this kind of thing or finding a comprehensive list of notes but I can't find a single image of this one which is what intrigued me. I'll put it in the Exonumia catalog later to help other people out.
They are now called “souvenir cards” b/c they're were used for advertising but like a business card 100 years ago & were printed on stock card (rather than paper). The practice has been revived in the US & there are collectors who continue to collect modern day “souvenir cards” with older ABNC engravings, etc. (I believe the BEP has printed some of their higher denominations too).
