Notgeld Identification [opgelost]

I could not find this notgeld piece anywhere including numista. The note is dated September 25 1923 and says it can be used in the provinces of Düren Euskirchen Jülich schleiden stolberg and eschweiler. On numista Notgeld from Düren Euskirchen Jülich stolberg and eschweiler is a issuer but not schleiden.  On the front left there is a stamp that says it was made under the government districts of Aachen and Köln (Cologne) until April 1st 1924 when it was no longer valid. My note is 16cm by 8.7 cm. Thanks in advance for any help.

Seems like a private issue of a registered club/association with official backing of the communal banks of the five districts that later got also accepted by the governorates of Aachen and Cologne.

Thank you to both of you. As it is not in numista I want to add it but what would I do for issuer, as Düren Euskirchen Jülich schleiden stolberg and eschweiler is not a issuer on numista, only Düren Euskirchen Jülich stolberg and eschweiler are. Would I add it as a new Issuer, if so how would I do that? Or would I add it under Düren Euskirchen Jülich stolberg and eschweiler with a comment saying it was also in schleiden? Sorry to ask so many questions, it is my first time adding something here.

If I messaged the referee for German notgeld could they add it as a issuer? It would be incorrect to have it under the whole Rhine province as it only was issued initially in Düren Euskirchen Jülich Schleiden Stolberg and Eschweiler.
