Hi,

 

I have the following Nelalese banknote dated 2020 (20 Rupees)

 

Could you please help me in identifying the serial number prefix on the obverse?

 

The first letter is ट (ṭa)

 

And what is below it? I can't find the first letter/numeral!

 

The second one seems to be a number २ (two)

Agree with Ahkai - definitely 8.

That is Devanagri script and 8 can be written like on the note.

And what is the serial number then? As I can see it is a 6-digit one, correct? What is it if converted to Roman numerals? I have some doubts as well regarding it. Thank you!
