Hello I wanted to know if anyone knows this banknote of 10 piastres Indochina 1947 overloaded with the flag of North Vietnam, I did a lot of research but found nothing if anyone has already seen this note or a link concerning this ticket thank you in advance

Don't know about this banknote and the stamped flag itself at all, but my best guess is that after North Vietnam formed, they stamped these, in this case with the North Vietnamese flag to make it a legal currency there before they could come up with their own currency. Usually banknotes are stamped like this right after a new country is formed (Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia etc. put stamps on the old Austrian Coronas, Serbia during WW2 overprinted their Yugoslav banknotes and so on.)
