Cuba: 20 centavos 1915, km13.1 versus km13.2

I just got a 20 centavos coins from 1915 (fine reeding) in a swap. I already have the coin with a coarse reeding, so I started to register the “new” coin and found out I could not do that because of the reliefs. They shouldn't have been selected as a criterion, since it's only what you think you see, which determines the high and the low relief, so purely subjective, specially on used coins! Since we cannot change SCWC, we can change Numista in the way that we join km13.1 into km13.2 using the argumentation that it's next to impossible to distinguish between the reliefs. So all the coins owned by numista would be km13.2?

Comments, please? No CR has been made so far!

I agree that you can only use criteria that can be measured, counted or are in some other way absolutely objective in nature.

Unfortunately there are many examples of subjective criteria used. You will have many hours of fun if you want to eliminate all of those…

I know that, but when I get a coin in a swap and I see, that numista and SCWC are not exactly up to the reality, I try the “wind mill run” a la Don Quijote😇, sometimes it works, sometimes not so much😝
