Japanese notes?

Ive got these 2 “banknotes” supposedly 50 sen emergency notes from 1944 but i cannot find any information about them

Look like savings certificates. My legalese and official names are not very good so take the translation of the left item with a grain of salt.

一、本證券ハ臨時資金調整法ノ規定二基キ發行シタルモノナリ
一、本證券ハ券面金額ヲ以テ賣出スモノナリ
一、本證券ハ券面金額ヲ以テ左ニ掲グル貯蓄二充ツルコトヲ得
一國債郵便貯金
二國情貯金
三銀行(日本銀行ヲ除ク)、市街地信用組合、市町村農業會又ハ産業組合ノ定期預金又ハ据置貯金
四合同運用信託
五金融組合ノ定期預金又ハ据置預金
六朝鮮又ハ臺灣ニ於ケル据置郵便貯金又ハ定額郵便貯金
一、本端券之ヲ昭和二十五年十二月三十一日迄二前項ノ貯蓄二充當セザルトキハ其ノ救カヲ失フモノトス
一、本證券二付テハ償還ヲ行ハズ

I. This certificate is issued under the provisions of the Temporary Fund Adjustment Act.
(1) This certificate is to be offered for sale with the face value of the certificate.
(I) The face value of this certificate shall be sufficient for the savings set forth in the left column.
(i) Postal savings for national debt
(ii) National savings account
(iii) Time deposits or deferment savings of banks (except the Bank of Japan), city credit unions, municipal agricultural associations, or industrial associations
Deposit or deferment savings
(iv) Joint Investment Trusts
(v) Time deposits or fixed deposits of financial associations
(vi) Postal savings or fixed-amount postal savings in Korea or Taiwan
I.If this coupon is not used for the savings mentioned in the preceding paragraph by December 31, year 25 of Showa (1950), the coupon shall lose its validity.
(1) No redemption shall be made on these certificates.

[War Bonds] Government Savings Coupon 50 sen Showa 19 [Pacific War]

It is a savings voucher issued during the war.

It was sold at the face value of the ticket, and the same amount could be used as savings.
It is an interesting item that reflects the social situation at that time.
