If they dont claim a specific place but entire territories of existing nations, I dont see them as a micronation. What “micro territory” do you understand they claim?

Fitzek has proclaimed himself "King of Germany" of "NeuDeutschland", which consists of several properties around the city of Wittenberg, south of Berlin, not the whole Germany…

But we do have ISIS as a separate country if you prefer :-)
