Change "suggest an outing" to "add an outing". [opgelost]

Hello,

I know that Xavier is on vacation so he probably wont see this post for a while, but I, as the new outings administrator would like to get the community's feedback on changing “Suggest an outing” to “Add an Outing”. I think that the current version may be confusing to some newcomers. I think also think it would be better to change it because the rest of numista uses “Add” rather then “Suggest”. I encourage you to vote your opinion.

Any entrance in this, can be seen as

“add an outing” or 

“suggest an outing”.

Anyway, splitting the hair in two is normally a French specialty😝

I just think it would be better to keep Numista uniform.

As such it's up to you, I honestly don't want to get into any discussion about this subject.

I saw the words used in the interface of translation:

“Suggest…” is used in “Suggest an outing!” and “Suggest a numismatic event!”, both are links to page “Add a new place or event”.

Also, “Suggestion” is used with the meaning of “suggesting an idea to improve Numista”.

For the other things is used “Add…”.

I also think the links in outing section can be changed to “Add…”.
