20 Pfennig notgeld 1921 [opgelost]

Hi everyone, can someone help me get this in Numista correctly?

I do not know what city to attribute it to, the sizes are 76 mm X 50 mm

I'd say it's not a city issue but for all of Upper Austria, the smaller text is to thick for me to read this old timely cursive completely, so I don't know if the city Linz (the capital of Oberösterreich) is just the place they say when it's voided or if it issued it.

Sorry not for me the problem is the type of cursive that I am to unfamiliar with. I can read only the short words that are not really that informing, maybe some older member can read it better.

But I would still say it's a regional issue for the whole province.
