Weight is 10g and the diameter is 2.8cms approx

Any input would be greatly welcome

my issues are is this real or fake ?

It looks ok but the last George II halfpenny was dated 1754 N#13118

It's dated 1751. Compare the last digit to the 1 and the 7.
