Fiji- 1 Shilling- George VI

VS
Australia- 1 Florin- Elizabeth II

Please post reasons!
2 more silver, cool animals.
2 because I sometimes wish my ancestors were villains ! Especially when the weather's like this !
1! Fiji coins are fantastic in design. Plus they're rare!

Aaah! I can't decide-- love them both

I guess ultimately I will have to say Fiji because I don't yet have it... very difficult choice though

1.

Produced during the pivotal moments of WWII. Von Paulus' 6th Army were at the gates of Moscow before being diverted to Stalingrad. Although it was done for sound strategic reasons, with hindsight it proved to be a disaster. I value coins from interesting periods.
Non illegitimis carborundum est.  Excellent advice for all coins.

2, one of my favourite effigies
#2 because of the beautiful image of QEII.
1 for its rarity
Don't really like either of them but I'm going with #2

No. 2, for the incredible nice young lady.
#1 for a couple of reasons. First one is it is older, second is it is rarer and the last one is it is one of a few years that were made in the US with a higher content of silver then older Fijian coins.
Both nice coins but I'll go with 1 because it's rarer, WWII and I prefer the nice clean design.
Personal Preference: Doesn't Count

The Fijian Shilling, far better design and far more history.

Taking a break from swapping for a while, but still interested in pre 1799 Spanish coins, I will make time for that!

Looking for pre 1783 coins
