Searching internet for this Exonumia Silver medallion and looking for information.

I believe this round to made of Silver, it is 56 mm diameter and wt. is 88 grams.  Obverse reads FRANCISCVE IOSEPHVS I.D.G. AVSTRIAE IMPERATOR ET ELISABETHA IMPERATRIX*.  Artist signature below bust C. Lange.   REVERSE reads SOPHIA FRIDERICA ARCHIDVCISSA AVSTRIAE   and lower line below figures reads NATA VINDOB/D/V/ MARTII. ROMAN #'S MDCCCLV (1885) I've Searched the web, no luck. Is this a keeper? Any input will help.  Thank you or anyone for help.
