I can't make out the lettering with the photos provided. Identify the obverse first, that will be key to identification, emperor and era. Is it possibly Hadrian I see to the left of the bust?

Still, on the reverse you expect the name of the community who struck the coin, the usual formula being: “(coin) of the people of City X", here, a city/people starting with M, I think (M…..EΩN).
On the obverse, it looks like Faustina the Younger, but the legend doesn't seem to match (Faustina is ΦΑΥΣΤΕΙΝΑ in Greek).
