Help ID a small bronze - Indian? Arabic? Other?

Hi - I’d very much appreciate any help ID’ing this small 14mm bronze or copper coin weighing 2.7g. Thanks in advance!

Though I didn't find a match in Zeno, the weight, diameter, and general appearance are similar to Ottoman bronze mangirs of Suleyman I, 1520-1566. Here are 65 of those you might want to look through to see if there's a match.
