3 pence 1962 - lamination error - what value ?

I got this Elizabeth II 3 pence 1962 with lamination error / exfoliation on one side. 

Would it be worth anything extra cause of this ?

It probably would not add too much value but it depends on the collector. Some will pay more for it, others will pay less as it may make the coin unattractive.

as it’s not alined with the wording or lettering I wouldn’t say any added value, if for example it lined up with the three and that was raised then yes Or even the lines on the coin. 
good luck selling if you do but I wouldnt expect anything extra but you never know sometimes
