How do you know this is Roman coin? There is no way to tell that. 

 

In this condition, even if late Roman coin, it is completely worthless. It is literally junk. 

 

Only coin from that period is follis from Constantine. Very common, very cheap.

Exactly. There's no way to tell anything from these photos, the reverse is just one large reflection.

 

The coin is probably too far gone to get an exact identification with better photos it might be possible to identify the ruler. I wouldn't put too much faith in the date on the holder, even high grade Roman coins usually don't have an exact date but a range of years when they were struck.

No reason to for you to be condescending.  I know it is cheap and junkie.  I didn't even pay for it, it was a freebie from some coins I purchased online.
