Is This "counterstamped` Penny 1882 GB or Australian Penny Token?

Is this Penny counterstamped 1882 Great Britain Penny or counterstamped Auatralian Penny Token?

 

Help me identify this coin please?

 

 

I would highly aprecciate any ideas about connection this Penny to any business person or location.

 It is a 

counterstamped 1882 Great Britain Penny 

as no country on coin. Australia coins have that name on them.

Also “TCAR” stay the mistery.  I checked both UK and Australian National Archives records for the time since 1882 till 1912 records,

no results unfortunatelly :-((

May be it related to CAR indusrty? Just noticed that letter T looks too close to C , may be they used 2 stamps CAR first then T, because T like overstamped a bit S:-).

I think I solved this puzzle! 

T stand for Token and CAR are two words, not abbreviation.

It stamped twice , first CAR then T(oken), because T overlap C.

 

CARs Token were popular for that time around 1882 in Great Britain.

 

Anyone able to help with valuation of this Token, Please? 

I am more in coin business:-)
