I can't identify the mint of this Aurangzeb half rupee (hopefully another of our members can), but can say that the year is AH 1106 and regnal year is 3X (would be approximately 38 because Aurangzeb's reign began in AH 1068).
Actually looking at the rupees listed in Krause, the combinations 1106/38 and 1106/39 are known, and the partial X in the 3X doesn't look like part of a 9 but could be part of an 8, so I would say the regnal year is 38.
