Taking a break from swapping for a while, but still interested in pre 1799 Spanish coins, I will make time for that!

Looking for pre 1783 coins
#2 I just can't get over the awesomeness.
Ooh... so this is what it has come down to...

#1 for me-- much less common (100 000), and more intricate designs in my opinion. Also commemorates an event.

They are both beautiful coins though, and I love both sides of #1 equally. I only really like the back of #2, don't like the reverse.

Tough, but gotta go with the Motherland - #2 :)

Haha Estonia is the Fatherland, interesting that Latvia is the Motherland.

Good point, plus we have two Baltic states here!

Eesti Vabarik VS Latvijas Republika! (Did I get it right?)
This has to be the toughest decision so far. I will have to go with #1 because it is a commerative coin
1 it looks better
No. 1, better condition.

1, I'm not paricularly fond of either side.
2, I don't like her hat...but that side will have to do.

Obverse and reverse to be picked in final, as per the instructions.

Holy euphemism bam-man! Are you choosing coin 1 or 2 for the rounds? B.  8~

This is the first final, so I will explain what happens:
You vote for your favorite coin, as usual. However, you also provide your favorite side of both coins (obverse or reverse).
Yes, I realise I was ambiguous here. Number 1 wins for me.

Euphemism or no euphemism, I still don't like her hat.

A to E are not finals, you're supposed to just pick a coin, not list obverse/reverse likes and dislikes. Your picks are ambiguous in all. Might want to clarify before they close. If dptashny understands the picks, then I guess you're ok.

You are correct. Thank you.
1 for reason given.
2.

Both coins are equally nice so it comes down to patina again.
Non illegitimis carborundum est.  Excellent advice for all coins.
