India, Bahmani Sultans, half gani of Mahmud Shah (AH 887-924 = AD 1482-1518). Looks similar to Goron/Goenka B136. As is often the case with hand-struck coins the dies and striking position on the flan differ between your coin and the examples in Zeno and GG.
