I don't think they are from Poland-Lithuania, but from Livonia.

 

Try looking on Swedish Livonia.

The top one resembles this coin:  N#31474

The two bottom ones possibly this coin: N#42423

 

However, I think there is a good chance they are Suceavan counterfeits.
