Should the 'Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus's' medal-coins be added?

You can find some listed up on here;

They would have their currency listed as under the pre-2005 Turkish Lira.

Northern Cyprus isn't recognised by anyone other than Turkey.

Other places not recognised include Abkhazia, South Ossetia, & Transnistria - yet, they are listed under ‘Coins’.
