Italy - Vittorio Emanuele III - 20/50 Centesimi 1/2 Lire - magnetic/non magnetic

Hello,
I did not find topic about this, if it had been already discussed I apologize and ask you the link.
I would like to clarify the difference between magnetic and non-magnetic in the coins in object.
I have a very powerful magnet and find coins strongly magnetic, some absolutely non-magnetic and other blandly magnetic.
Especially to avoid discussions in swaps, I ask you if approved my following interpretation, with detailed lectures and discussions:
only the strong magnetic coins are to be considered such. Little or absolutely non-magnetic are considered non-magnetic.
I thank anyone who can help to clarify.
Sorry for my bad English.
I trust that there is a difference in the edge when it is magnetic or not..

Unfortunately for the confusion, there are versions smooth and reeded edge and both magnetic and non-magnetic.

I can confirm that there are probably 3 levels of magnetism in them. I thought earlier, that the problem is with me, but now that you raise the issue, I dare to say, that I have made some experiments with a bunch of those 50c coins:
If I hold a magnet about 3 centimeters above them:
1) some jump right up
2) some do not move at all
3) some make the effort, but cannot make it.

They behave the same way when already contacted with the magnet, you need significantly less force with some than the others.
I have no clue about the production, maybe someone with a detailed Italian catalog?
