Spainish note. [opgelost]

Could someone tell me if this is a banknote?  Is it an offical item or a copy. I can't find any information except the original note without the side panel.  THANKS Bren

Looks like a ticket (or souvenir card) using a 10 Pesetas SC specimen as its main/central design element. Read what it says on the right panel of the front lower image (or left panel of the back top image) & that should explain its origin.
