Collusion?

I have seen, a number of times, 2 persons from different countries having a swap completed on the same date. Is that somehow possible or they're just cheating the system? Does the system have any mechanism to spot such activity? What's the penalty if someone found guilty of the act?

Edit: Is the same day delivery possible in EU? (Sounds highly unlikely to me, though)

What exactly is wrong with that? I wait for both my and my partners package to arrive before giving a rating hence both ratings will be on the same day. This gives us an opportunity to sort out any potential problems.

If its new members with no ratings swapping with each other to artificially increase their swap ratings you can report such profiles using the exclamation mark on their profile and they will be dealt with.

What definitely is a red flag is when you see an account that is a couple days old and it has one or multiple completed swaps with other new accounts from around the globe.
