A little while ago I bought this at face value at work after a customer had brought it in and paid with it and I was curious if this had any value to it over $100. I checked on the catalog and it seems that the H star notes of this series are one of the scarcer ones but I have no clue on pricing or if its circulated condition would even allow for this bill to be worth anything over $100. Any information that anyone could pass on to an amateur like me would be very helpful. Thank you for your consideration.
