Mystery mint mark

Researching this mint mark. While it seems familiar, I can't quite place it. It is on a 1970 UN silver medal, in place of the usual FM of the Franklin Mint.

"EVERY COIN IS CLEANED. CLEANING, THEREFORE, IS ALWAYS A MATTER OF DEGREE.
If you send a "dirty" coin into a grading service to be "conserved" and let them do the "conserving" they will charge you for their work CLEANING the coin ..."

It appears this mark has been determine to be Wellings Mint (Corrected)

Can someone please draw out the mint mark so it can be added as a picture.

For the following pages

N#44850

N#212898

N#85252

N#176383

Thank you in advance

It is actually the Wellings Mint, formerly of Rexdale, Ontario prior to being bought out by “The Franklin Mint”.

There is probably a conversion program for jpg to line drawings, but I don't have one.
