The 50 & 100 Pounds from the Republic of Ireland are very scarce.
I have seen 1 50 Pounds - one dated 2001 in a dealer's stock at a fair in July 2017.
As for the 100 Pounds - I have never ever seen one from any series.
Aidan.
What do you have to offer as a swap?
This is a high value note - around £1,000 STG in UNC-68.

I guess the closest I have to match this value is the Deutsche Mark 1991 1000 Marks Gem UNC raw. Do you have it?
Interesting topic here. This is the second time that a member here is looking for this note. I got a full set in UNC for A$413.63 from the central bank back in December 2001, shortly before the actual Euro was introduced. If I knew these notes are in demand now, I would have purchased a few more sets, but then, cash was tight then and one has to be self controlled on such spending.

If only I knew 😁

Do you have one showing casing on your website? I went to your site and it asked for cookies settings.
Just wondering why this note is so expensive now??

Kai, did you get the 50 Pounds dated 2001?
That is a very scarce note in any grade!

What do yo mean by 'casing'?

The £100 note is scarce in UNC [68 or higher] as the notes did not generally circulate and were always difficult to obtain from banks, and very difficult to obtain in UNC.
Even from when it was first issued, the £100 note carried a small premium in UNC.
Circulated examples of the £100 note are also somewhat uncommon, and fetch surprisingly high prices - well above double face in VF! Issue quantity of the £100 note was between 2,000,000 and 3,000,000 notes, far below its likely printage of 6,000,000.
Though the the 2001 £50 note is scarcer than the 1999, it is not a particularly rare note in UNC. However, it should be noted that it is over 20 years since the notes were issued, and supply has been well drained. Very few notes that were kept in quantity by dealers now remain in those initial stocks, so any notes turning up will have been in collections and are appearing on secondary markets. Any examples that do turn up from non-numismatic sources are seldom in UNC grade.

There are picture of the standard issue notes, prefixes AAK, BAK; and of the replacements, prefix KKK.
Also, specimen notes are pictured.

Did not know that. Would have asked for KKK if I knew then. 😀
