I see that every Austrian 10 Groschen coin (N#654) has its proof counterpart, except for the 1960 variant. Is there a reason for this, or is it just an error in the catalogue?

I can't find any 1961 proof sets, neither in English nor German search terms.

I think SCWC couldn't decide either so they left it vague.
