is this note not in numista?

got it as a gift from a friend and found out it is known in Kolsky catalog as K394

It's a POW voucher, have you looked under exonumia? That's were it should be if it's on Numista.

Because of your link I found the german site with more information very interesting.

So it is a French note and not a Vichy regime note. Used in North Africa for the capured German prisoners of war.

250.000 were printed.
