It looks Crimea, a precise weight determines if it's a Manghir an Akce (4 Manghir) or a Beshlik (5 Akce)

A coin is not Islamic, since the word Islam describes a religion, not a geographic region. The signs on the coin are Arab words written in the Arabic language!

I think it is an Ottoman Acke, that pretzel knot can be found in several ottoman coins

Maybe the inscription in the other side can clarify, looks like the word “Sultan” above, I guess some fluent in arab can help

Higher resolution pictures may be helpful,from the second picture I can read from the second picture the word أحمد which is Ahmed, the first picture low resolution  makes it very hard to even guess.
