Anyone know what these could possibly be?

Has anyone got any clue what these might be? I understand enough to know that they're Prussian, but there are so many numbers and dates on it that I honestly can't tell what denomination they're meant to be or what year they're from. I've got two of these.

The first:

The second:

I don't think they're banknotes. Although they do have their own watermarks like banknotes.
Bought them for £1 each. Neither me nor the seller knew what they were, I just figured they were notgelds of some kind, but now I'm not so sure.

Hope someone can get to the bottom of these.

Well, I can't read German, but this is what Bing translate tells me:

staatsanleihe = Government Bond

preußische reihe = Purssian Series
schuldverschreibung buchst = Bond Book
Halbjahrige zinfen zahlbar am <date> mit Einhundertfunfzig Mark = Half yearly payable on <date> 150 Mark

ungültig wenn eine ecke abgefchenitten ift = Invalid if a corner is removed

hauptverwaltung der staatsschulden = Main Administration of Public Debt

The stamp / punch:
preussische hauptverwaltung der staatsschulden = Prussian Main Administration of State Debt

"What we are is not as important as what we aren't"

Ohh right. That's great!

Thanks for that. I'll see if I can translate them eventually and then get them on Numista. Cause it doesn't look like they're on the catalogue yet.

Thanks!
