Charles 1st one shilling [opgelost]

This is a pretty worn Charles 1st one shilling that seems to have an anchor as the date code. However, it doesn't match the photos in the catalogue of the one with an anchor (1638-1639), and I can't see any of the others that match. Any ideas on the date?

Good morning, I believe you have the mintmark and date correct and your coin is a Group E fifth bust type which is currently not listed in the Numista catalogue.
