Dies or weights?

Hoping someone can help me figure out what these are. I have tried searching them in every way I can an nothing. They were with my Grandpa's coin collection when he passed so I can't help but think maybe they have something do with coins or the making of them? No clue.

Yeah, you would think that would be important lol. I do that often. I blame it on being autistic. I almost realized it before someone replied :) But as my dad always says, ‘closeness only counts for horseshoes, grenades, and atomic bombs.’ Not sure why I spent time to tell that to a robot.

Still have no clue what they might be lol. I have tried looking up the companies on the couple that have one (Adelphi and Annett for example) but nothing related to these comes up.
