A Nepal and Roman coin

I recently bought these two coins on the flea market and I have trouble identifying them. Can     anyone help?                  

We will never identify the Nepal (top) coin without you telling us the weight and diameter.  Or you could crop your pictures and search by picture.  Even easier if you filter by the year on the coin.  

Nepal coin you can find searching the diameter in the Numista catalog under Nepal issuer.

The roman coin is Gloria Exercitvs type, nothing can be seen in the legend of the emperor side.
