Hi Kevin,
Afraid I can't give you an exact identification, but might be able to help with the text.
I believe that the text on the reverse (the quartered side) reads, from the lower left “CIVI TAS LON DON”.
That runs it down to a “mere” 21 options: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=england&r=CIVI+TAS&ct=coin&im1=&im2=&tb=y&tc=y&tn=y&tp=y&tt=y&cat=y&ru=494&ca=3&no=&v=&i=&b=&d=&u=&a=&dg=&m=&f=round&t=18-22&w=1-1.5&mt=&g=&se=&c=&wi=&sw=&ie=
Virtually all of them have the same obverse “Heads” text of “+ EDW R ANGL DNS HYB” with the “+” directly above Edward's head.
The exceptions are class 1a (Which uses EDW REX…"), and classes 10ab, 10cf2, 10cf3, and 10cf5 (all of which are “EDWA R…”).
Sadly, to my untrained eyes anyway, I can't make out what your coin actually says as it's right where the coin is most worn (lower right).
Looking through the listings beyond that, it's talking about tiny differences like slightly longer hair or a fractionally different crown. Honestly, it's too far out of my wheelhouse to even know where to look for side-by-side comparisons. They look identical to me. 😬
I don't know whether that was of any help to you. I hope it was.
