What is the year of that coin - I see Augustus 27 - 14 A.D.

How ishould I understand it? Is it Cesar Augustun 27th and the coin is from the year 14 A.D. or it is Cesar Augustus and the coin is dated between 27B.C. - 14 A.D.?
