Ottoman… maybe

Hi, can anyone suggest an ID for this coin please? Diameter around  14 mm, AE, weight about 1, 40 gr.

The only reference I found is:

the coin on the left has the same obverse as mine, but CNG say only ottoman (?),  can someone be more specific?

With the possibilities of mules and overstrikes, your coin might be unique.

just FYI, The photos in the reference you found are of two different coins, not obverse/reverse of one coin.
