I believe what I have is a Maitrakas of Valabhi. Wondering if anyone has a more expert opinion or can identify this ruler. Looks silver. 1.9g 2mm thickness 13mm wide.

The Maitraka coins have corrupted legends, abreviated or non-sense characteres, so you might not be able to identify the ruler.

 

That doesn't happen with Gupta or Western Satraps simmilar coins.

 

You can see even Zeno doesn't name the rulers:
