Help me identify this coin (austrian maybe)

I know I posted it before but I still have no idea what it is.
Here's everything I know: 20mm,1 gram, probably from Austria or Germany, it is silver or billon, and the “shield” may not actually be a shield.
 

I might have had an idea this could be a stolberg coin the i think i see cheverons which are on some stolberg coins

stolberg konigstein rochefort is more my thought but it very well could be any sheild with the cheverons of eppstein

on the back I think I can make out the CAR of CAROL. and IMP

no but at least some of the legend we know it should have some some form of Carolvs for a leader by the name of charels or karl or something of that sort with Imp a short for imperator

my best guess is a Charles V coin either a coin made during his reign or in his name

if I had it in hand I might be able to make out more of the legend but until I know more of the legend there is too many coins to sift through to find out what coin this could be

not all coins are on numista I am looking through my german states coin book but since I can not see almost any of the design of the non eagle side I can not easily find it.
