Please, has this coin been cleaned? What is the optimal price/grade for it? I got an offer for 143 USD!

Why is there a patina in the numbers and not elsewhere?

And what about here - the ancient patina is only next to the letters and why?

These are subtle indicators that the patina is not uniform throughout the coin and therefore has been tampered with.
