In the center circle of the obverse face, you can see the mint 鄂 (Hupeh)
I think you refer to this coin:
I'm sorry if I seem stubborn, but the thing is that the symbol next to the word ‘coin’ is different. I do not know the meaning of this, but it seems different.
It says 造年統光 instead of 造年統宣
There is an overstrike listed 統宣 over 緒光.

Correct, but the way it is described I would expect hardly to see 緒光 . If it would be the other way around, than I should be able to make out some parts of the other marks… Right?

Agree but I figured I'd throw that out to somebody who had better examples to compare. There is nothing in the Numista catalog (coin or exonumia) with 造年統光 lettering.
Guangxu (光绪) died in 1908, so in 1909... it was xuantong (統宣) who was in place.
Your coin didn't appear in the first search list due to difference in size and weight, we must search with weight between 6g and 8g :
Search - 28mm - 6/8g - tai ching ti kuo - Guangxu
You know the traduction in french of “these are red tape” : it's these are chinese :)
Thank you, that helped a lot.
Now I only have to figure out which one of the 5 subtypes I'm dealing with. I can't even figure out whether it is Type 1 or type 2….
it's all the pleasure of the search and then discovery … Eureka !
