Can any help me with an idea of value? Found among my grandparents things, I don't remember them going in my lifetime so possibly in the 70s or 80s?

Not coins, Exonumia.

The Numista Exonumia catalog has dozens of different casino chips from Monaco, including yours. The cataloger says they date to 1981.

There is even a book about them, Thomas C. DAY ,  "CASINO TOKENS OF MONTE-CARLO"

 

As to value, as with all such things, whatever you can get for them.
