By “it's not there” do you mean there was never an answer?

That link is to another forum post for the exact coin in your picture (presumably by your friend).
There is already a ton of work towards identification of the coin.  It doesn't look like there was ever a definitive answer, but it makes more sense to continue that thread than to start a new one from scratch.
