Ptolemy II Tetrobol [opgelost]

Again me and my late father's collection.
This time it is a  Ptolemaic Kingdom coin f some sort, i searched through the web and could not match to a spesific one, please help 
It was found somewhere in the middle east,  Egypt or maybe Israel.

Weight 42g
