Banknote sheet protectors

Hi all .  I am not sure what is the difference between Mylar polyester sheets and polypropylene sheets (such as the ones sold by BCW).  Could you please help me understand the difference and if one is better than the other? Which one do you guys use?

Thanks

I use GuardHouse SHIELD Sleeves currently, which are made of polypropylene, just like BCW are, and are a bit more cost effective than the BCW ones. Mylar polyester is better for long term archiving or storage. If you plan on upgrading your collection from sleeves to pages and a binder, like I do, then I would go with a more temporary but still safe polypropylene solution. Mylar also tends to be stronger and of higher quality than polypropylene. Both are safe, Mylar simply lasts longer and is more durable/archival.
