Colorized Banknotes

Wouldn't colorized banknotes be the same as colorized coins and not within the scope of Numista?

I am referring to the following

If I'm reading this correctly, 32 x $2 bills, at $40 + $7 shipping each… $1500 for $64 of colored bills.

The site description appears out-of-scope with Numista.
