The second photo, there are 4 sets of 2 int ocking keys. 

Mabye from comtat Venaissin. Mabye a ½ Gros, I can make out dtv s  on the cross side, and on the one with the person I can make out xtvs: papa

XTVS PAPA  could be Pope Sixtus V.

 

Edit:  Better … can be a Pope's name ending in a number, either IV (QUARTVS like in Geison's suggestion), V (QVINTVS), or VI (SIXTVS).  So much of the coin is damaged or missing, it could be hard to tell.
